Sumhung may support prepaid account credits, monthly invoicing, project-based billing, or other billing arrangements depending on the service type and approval status.
Payments may be processed by Stripe or other authorized payment processors. Sumhung does not store full card numbers.
Taxes, bank charges, foreign exchange charges, and other third-party fees may apply unless otherwise stated.
Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant invoice or charge.

4. Fulfillment and Service Delivery

Digital services, consulting work, technical support, and infrastructure services are delivered according to the applicable service description, project plan, or account arrangement.
No physical goods are shipped unless explicitly stated in a separate order or agreement.
Delivery timelines may depend on account verification, third-party providers, operational readiness, and compliance review.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our websites or services to:

Violate applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
Transmit illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sumhung shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant service during the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using our website or terminate an active service according to the applicable agreement.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, legal requirements, payment failure, security risk, or abuse.
Outstanding charges remain due after termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this website or communicated through appropriate channels. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
